During the expert meeting health three projects will come up for discussion:
a. Migrant women in the health care
b. Prevention in the health care
c. Exchange project of teachers and fellow-workers in the health care
The interest of the AG lies in the last two projects.
b. Prevention in the health care
The AG (education of health care assistants) trains students for the Dutch professions pharmacist’s assistant, practice nurse (doctor’s assistant) and dental assistant.
Within the three professions the education is structured on the bases of the qualification profile.
These qualification profiles contain key tasks, competencies and key returns.
The key tasks describe “what” the beginning professional does; the competencies describe “how” the beginning professional carries out the key tasks and the key returns are dilemmas where a beginning professional is placed in.
Al three qualifications are at level 4.
Pharmacist’s assistant: one of the key tasks within de qualification profile is “providing information and advice”.
The pharmacist’s assistant provides information and/or advice about the effect, the use, the side-effects, the interactions and the contra-indications of drugs on prescription and self-care drugs.
At the same time the pharmacist’s assistant provides information and/or advice about dressings and the application of medical expedients.
The pharmacist’s assistant also provides the client with information about the advantages, the disadvantages and the risks of the different possibilities by making choices or refers the client to other authorities.
Practice nurse (doctor’s assistant): one of the key tasks within de qualification profile is “providing information and advice”.
The practice nurse provides the client with information and/or advice about medical complaints, treatments and possibilities of self-care.
The practice nurse also provides the client with information about the advantages, the disadvantages and the risks of the different possibilities by making choices or refers the client to other authorities.
Dental assistant: one of the key tasks within de qualification profile is “providing information and advice”.
The dental assistant provides the client with information and/or advice about:
- the prevention of dental problems
- the promotion of mouth-care
- products of mouth-care and dentures
- dental treatments
Target of the AG:
Investigate the possibilities of participation of the AG in the prevention project in the health care.
c. Exchange project of teachers and fellow-workers in the health care
The targets of the AG for participation in the exchange project are the following:
1. Dutch teachers are going to get a clear insight in the structure and the organisation of the health care in Germany.
2. Dutch teachers exchange experiences with German teachers and students of health care educations.
3. Dutch teachers will pay visits to pharmacists, dentists, family doctors and hospitals in Germany.
4. Dutch teachers are going to investigate de possibilities of internship experience (work experience placement) for our students in Germany.
Anticipating on the results of the expert meeting health, the AG will submit (for its own team) a subsidy application for “mobilization teachers Leonardo da Vinci”, because the closing date of subsidy applications is 12 February 2007.

Gezondheidszorg en Leonardo da Vinci projecten 2007-2010
· Maria, Marja en Gerleen zijn de 3 opleidingsmanagers die de 3 Leonardo Da Vinci (LdV) projecten met de gezondheidszorg in Berlijn uitvoeren. De 3 projecten zijn: Migranten vrouwen in de gezondheidszorg, een uitwisselingsproject met docenten en medewerkers uit de gezondheidszorg en een project rond preventie/transfer in de gezondheidszorg. NB. Marja is sinds kort bij het laatste project betrokken, met de apothekers-, dokters- en tandartsassistenten.
· Er is een projectgroep bestaande uit Benedict, Noëlle en Thea die in de praktijk alles uitvoeren. De coördinatie van de groep heeft Benedict Taks. De projectgroep heeft in de voorbereidingsfase 4 uur per maand per persoon om de voortrajecten te realiseren.
· Als externe partners zijn hierbij betrokken de SIGRA ( mevrouw Saskia Schalkwijk s.schalkwijk@sigra.nl), die de inbreng vanuit de werkgevers in de diverse Leonardo projecten regelt. Ze is de opvolgster van Liselotte de Koning, waarmee het ROC jaren succesvolle trajecten heeft gedaan rond interculturalisatie. Op verzoek van de SIGRA heb ik a.s. vrijdag daar een gesprek mee. De SIGRA heeft een eigen contract met de penvoerder in Berlijn over Migrantenvrouwen. Ze is zich aan het inwerken en gaat niet mee naar Berlijn.
· Tevens is bij het project betrokken Harry kloppenburg van Celbe Consultancy, oud schrijver van verpleegkunde boeken. De bedoeling is dat hij zoveel mogelijk voor de projectgroep uitwerkt en deze ontlast. Er zijn voor het ROC geen kosten aan verbonden. Hij wordt betaald vanuit de LdV gelden. De projectgroep kan nl. maar beperkt tijd vrij maken en hij krijgt opdrachten vanuit de projectgroep/opleidingsmanagers.
· Reeds lange tijd zijn er e-mail en telefonische contacten met de penvoerder. Gisteren is het verzoek van Ines Klemm en Elisabeth Mendoza binnen gekomen of de projectgroep snel naar Berlijn kan komen om met name de laatste 2 projecten door te spreken. Ook zal met de diverse partners worden gesproken over de inbreng van hen. Gepland is 15 en 16 februari; de groep vertrekt woensdag 14/2 's avonds na het reguliere werk. Naam penvoerder: BGZ Berliner Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit mbH en BGZ Berlin International Cooperation Agency GmbH. Voertaal is Engels en er zijn meerdere Europese partners bij de diverse projecten betrokken.
· De kosten worden gedragen door Hilversum voor Noëlle en Harry. RAI betaalt de onkosten voor Thea, Benedict en Marinus. Verwachte onkosten per persoon euro 350 pp. (vliegticket 110, hotel 110 -2 nachten incl. ontbijt- , overige vervoers- en verblijfskosten 130). Maria Gigengack bestelt alle vliegtickets en hotels. Bij ontvangst van de LdV gelden worden deze kosten verrekend voor de start van het project .
· Het CvB komt binnenkort met een beleidsnota internationalisering 2007 en hierbij zal Berlijn met name genoemd worden als een van de nieuwe regio's waar het ROC van Amsterdam op gaat inzetten.

B. Uitvoering programma in Berlijn:

10.00 uur Bezoek aan BGZ-Berlin
(Berliner Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit mbH)
Mevr. Dr. Hilde Hansen, manageing director, geeft uitleg over het buro BGZ-berlin en hun werkwijze. BGZ is een non-profit organisatie. Ze werken voor de overheid en het bedrijfsleven met als doel internationale samenwerking op basis van projecten tot stand te brengen.
Ze zijn opgericht in 1983 door de toenmalige burgermeester van Berlijn, Richard von Weizsäcker met als doel de samenwerking met Turkije en Berlijn te bevorderen. Later kwamen daarbij ook Polen en de grotere steden en de zustergemeenten in Europa.
Op dit moment gaat de samenwerking uit naar alle landen van Europa.
Het doel van het Leonardo-da-Vinci project is voor hen de samenwerking en uitwisseling te bevorderen en het opzetten van een netwerk. In dit project doen op dit moment naast henzelf mee: Denemarken, Oostenrijk, Engeland en Nederland.
Daarnaast wordt aangegeven dat het belangrijk is te komen tot een uitwisseling met betrekking tot de multiculturele problemen in Amsterdam en Berlijn.
Om een en ander vanuit de plaatselijke overheid toe te lichten komt om
10.30 uur: Mevrouw Ziegel-Lang van de Berlijnse senaat voor gezondheid, milieu en consumentenbelangen. Ze geeft uitleg over het gezondheidszorgproject en de multiculturele aspecten daarvan.
Er is onderzoek gedaan op het gebied van gezondheidszorg, economie en de belangen van allochtone vrouwen.
Hieruit is een verbeterplan opgezet voor de gezondheidszorg in de Regio Berlijn. Daarnaast wil men internationale kennis vergaren voor de Berlijnse scholen die zich bezig houden met gezondheidszorg onderijs. Derhalve is de BGZ ingeschakeld om het project “Active Health” op te zetten, mede in het kader van het vormen van een netwerk.
In het middag programma wordt hierop teruggekomen.

Bovenstaande kan leiden tot “Project 1”.

Bovenstaande is een aanbod van BGZ Berlijn.
Het gaat dan om een uitwisseling van 2 maal een groep van 15 docenten of werkers in de gezondheidszorg zoals verpleegkundigen, docenten, verloskundigen, fysiotherapeuten, diëtisten. In ieder geval de non-academic group)
De vraag is wat heeft Amsterdam (ROC) te bieden om docenten uit Berlijn te ontvangen.
De tegenprestatie moet dezelfde zijn dus het 2 maal ontvangen van 15 personen,
Vóór 20 maart moet er een programma in Berlijn liggen. In ieder geval moeten daarin, naast de inhoud, de datums en tijden ingevuld zijn.
Te denken valt aan uitwisseling van ervaringen, bezoeken aan ziekenhuizen, Gezondheidszorgopleidingen op verschillende niveaus (in ieder geval ROC)
Vanaf 20 maart vraagt Berlijn hiervoor subsidie aan voor de periode oktober 2007 tot oktober 2008.
De bezoeken v.v. zullen dan plaats vinden in het najaar 2007 en het voorjaar 2008.
Een vereiste is dat het management van het ROC van Amsterdam instemt en hiervoor tekent.
Afgesproken wordt dat Harry Kloppenburg hiertoe actie zal ondernemen.

Project 3: Project transfer
Er werden 3 mogelijkheden aangegeven:
1. doorstroom MBO à HBO à universiteit; doorlopende leerlijnen, beroepskolommen
2. Interculturele aspecten binnen de opleiding
3. Preventie
Het gaat in alle drie de mogelijkheden om uitwisseling van ervaring en kennis, innovatie en transfer.
Met betrekking tot het onderwerp preventie zouden er modulen ontwikkeld kunnen worden op meerdere niveaus om afstemming te krijgen.
Het zijn bi-laterale projecten dus Duitsland met Nederland, Duitsland met Slovenië etc.
De subcontractant (Celbe Consultancy) kan in dit project een contract aangaan met BGZ. Er zal een intentieverklaring getekend moeten worden.
Tot zover het ochtendprogramma.
Het middagprogramma 15-02-07:
Bezoek gebracht aan “Gesundheit Berlin”.
Zij houden zich bezig met projecten op het gebied van migranten in de gezondheidszorg, Active Health project (zie ook deze ochtend om 10.30 uur) en meerdere projecten op de gezondheidszorg in Berlijn.
Men wil een uitwisseling met Amsterdam op 18 en 19 juni 2007 met een 2 daagse slotconferentie in november in Berlijn.
Besloten werd om dit door SIGRA Amsterdam te laten organiseren.

Vrijdag 16 februari 2007
10.00 uur: Bezoek aan Vivantes Institut für Berufliche Bildung
Na voorstellen van alle deelnemers werd uitleg gegeven over de opleidingen
Verpleegkunde, specialistische opleiding met name de OK-assistenten, en opleiding tot verloskundigen die op het opleidingsinstituut gegeven worden.
Zie hiervoor de Power Point Presentaties op bijlagen 4 en 5.
13.30 uur: Good practice project Hugin
Tips van de projectleiders:
1. Start met een conferentie waarin naast de kennismaking ook de interculturele aspecten besproken worden. Bespreek ook de verschillen in het onderwijs in Nederland en Duitsland.
Trek hier 2 dagen voor uit.
Centrale thema”s: Wat verwachten jullie van ons en wat verwachten wij van jullie.
2. Uitleg geven over de organisaties waarvoor wij en zij werken.
De directie van het ROC van Amsterdam is, als contractor, verantwoordelijk.
Suggestie: Harry Kloppenburg gaat naar de afdelingsmanagers om uitleg te geven en verdere actie te bespreken Zie verder eindconclusies.
De rol van de subcontractor moet goed belicht worden. Wat is de positie en de rol in het totale project.
3. Maak goede afspraken over de communicatie. Wie praat met wie, wie neemt contact op over de diverse onderwerpen.
4. Maak een duidelijke en goede taakverdeling. Wie is verantwoordelijk voor wat. Wie doet wat
5. Met Inez Klemm contact opnemen over de financiële kant van het project.
6. Ontwikkel een eindtest om te kijken of de doelstellingen bereikt zijn.
7. Bepaal hoe de implementatie van de resultaten vorm krijgen
8. De vraag moet nog opgehelderd worden of Celbe Consultancy subcontractot wordt van BGZ of van ROC Amsterdam. Harry Kloppenburg zal dat met Celbe Consultancy bespreken.

10. Kosten voor vertaling opnemen op de begroting.
Een korte samenvatting van de resultaten van het bezoek aan Berlijn van de Opleidingen VP in Amsterdam en Hilversum en AG van het ROC van Amsterdam.
Vooraf: De opleiding VP volgt pro actief de ontwikkeling van het Europees kwalificatieraamwerk*, om voor de studenten, die in Europa BPV volgen een naadloze aansluiting te krijgen met de opleiding ROC van Amsterdam.
Tot zover het verslag over het bezoek aan Berlijn.
C. Resultaten, voorstellen van de werkgroep, die naar Berlijn is geweest
Er is sprake van 3 Leonardo projecten, waarbij het ROC van Amsterdam en de SIGRA bij betrokken zijn. Looptijd 2007-2009
· In het project Health, lopend tot 1-12-2007 zal vooral de SIGRA participeren.
· Er is sprake van 2 x een bezoek aan Berlijn door docenten en 2 x ontvangen wij bezoek
· Er is, in het kader van studenten mobiliteit, een beperkte aanvraag voor studenten gedaan
· Er zal bij de Opleidingsmanagers een plan worden ingediend om van 1/10/2007 -1/10/2009 een project rond doorlopende leerlijnen uit te voeren met als inhoudelijk thema preventie. Inzet ROCvA 0,2 FTE per jaar. Kosten worden betaald door Berlijn. Er wordt voorgesteld een projectleider van Celbe Consultancy aan te stellen voor 0,2 FTE voor de diverse werkzaamheden. De projectleider sluit hierover een contract met de organisatie in Berlijn of het ROC van Amsterdam. Voor 20 maart a.s. moet er een intentie verklaring worden getekend. Cofinanciering 25%.
· Op 3 april wordt door de 3 docenten van VP en AG voorlichting gehouden op de ROC van Amsterdam, Berlijn actiedag in het Goethe instituut.
· Er komt een stuurgroep van de 2 Opleidingsmanagers VP en de opleidingsmanager AG om sturing te geven aan de projecten met Berlijn. De projectleider stuurt deze stuurgroep aan.
· Het project “Active Health” zal door SIGRA worden uitgevoerd.
· Uitgebreid verslag over het bezoek naar Berlijn is in de week van 4 maart beschikbaar.
· Harry Kloppenburg zal een voorlopige begroting maken
· Thea, Benedict en Noëlle zullen samen met Harry, de projectleider de projecten verder inhoud gaan geven.

During the expert meeting health three projects will come up for discussion:
a. Migrant women in the health care
b. Prevention in the health care
c. Exchange project of teachers and fellow-workers in the health care
The interest of the AG lies in the last two projects.
b. Prevention in the health care
The AG (education of health care assistants) trains students for the Dutch professions pharmacist’s assistant, practice nurse (doctor’s assistant) and dental assistant.
Within the three professions the education is structured on the bases of the qualification profile.
These qualification profiles contain key tasks, competencies and key returns.
The key tasks describe “what” the beginning professional does; the competencies describe “how” the beginning professional carries out the key tasks and the key returns are dilemmas where a beginning professional is placed in.
Al three qualifications are at level 4.
Pharmacist’s assistant: one of the key tasks within de qualification profile is “providing information and advice”.
The pharmacist’s assistant provides information and/or advice about the effect, the use, the side-effects, the interactions and the contra-indications of drugs on prescription and self-care drugs.
At the same time the pharmacist’s assistant provides information and/or advice about dressings and the application of medical expedients.
The pharmacist’s assistant also provides the client with information about the advantages, the disadvantages and the risks of the different possibilities by making choices or refers the client to other authorities.
Practice nurse (doctor’s assistant): one of the key tasks within de qualification profile is “providing information and advice”.
The practice nurse provides the client with information and/or advice about medical complaints, treatments and possibilities of self-care.
The practice nurse also provides the client with information about the advantages, the disadvantages and the risks of the different possibilities by making choices or refers the client to other authorities.
Dental assistant: one of the key tasks within de qualification profile is “providing information and advice”.
The dental assistant provides the client with information and/or advice about:
- the prevention of dental problems
- the promotion of mouth-care
- products of mouth-care and dentures
- dental treatments
Target of the AG:
Investigate the possibilities of participation of the AG in the prevention project in the health care.
c. Exchange project of teachers and fellow-workers in the health care
The targets of the AG for participation in the exchange project are the following:
1. Dutch teachers are going to get a clear insight in the structure and the organisation of the health care in Germany.
2. Dutch teachers exchange experiences with German teachers and students of health care educations.
3. Dutch teachers will pay visits to pharmacists, dentists, family doctors and hospitals in Germany.
4. Dutch teachers are going to investigate de possibilities of internship experience (work experience placement) for our students in Germany.
Anticipating on the results of the expert meeting health, the AG will submit (for its own team) a subsidy application for “mobilization teachers Leonardo da Vinci”, because the closing date of subsidy applications is 12 February 2007.

Gezondheidszorg en Leonardo da Vinci projecten 2007-2010
· Maria, Marja en Gerleen zijn de 3 opleidingsmanagers die de 3 Leonardo Da Vinci (LdV) projecten met de gezondheidszorg in Berlijn uitvoeren. De 3 projecten zijn: Migranten vrouwen in de gezondheidszorg, een uitwisselingsproject met docenten en medewerkers uit de gezondheidszorg en een project rond preventie/transfer in de gezondheidszorg. NB. Marja is sinds kort bij het laatste project betrokken, met de apothekers-, dokters- en tandartsassistenten.
· Er is een projectgroep bestaande uit Benedict, Noëlle en Thea die in de praktijk alles uitvoeren. De coördinatie van de groep heeft Benedict Taks. De projectgroep heeft in de voorbereidingsfase 4 uur per maand per persoon om de voortrajecten te realiseren.
· Als externe partners zijn hierbij betrokken de SIGRA ( mevrouw Saskia Schalkwijk s.schalkwijk@sigra.nl), die de inbreng vanuit de werkgevers in de diverse Leonardo projecten regelt. Ze is de opvolgster van Liselotte de Koning, waarmee het ROC jaren succesvolle trajecten heeft gedaan rond interculturalisatie. Op verzoek van de SIGRA heb ik a.s. vrijdag daar een gesprek mee. De SIGRA heeft een eigen contract met de penvoerder in Berlijn over Migrantenvrouwen. Ze is zich aan het inwerken en gaat niet mee naar Berlijn.
· Tevens is bij het project betrokken Harry kloppenburg van Celbe Consultancy, oud schrijver van verpleegkunde boeken. De bedoeling is dat hij zoveel mogelijk voor de projectgroep uitwerkt en deze ontlast. Er zijn voor het ROC geen kosten aan verbonden. Hij wordt betaald vanuit de LdV gelden. De projectgroep kan nl. maar beperkt tijd vrij maken en hij krijgt opdrachten vanuit de projectgroep/opleidingsmanagers.
· Reeds lange tijd zijn er e-mail en telefonische contacten met de penvoerder. Gisteren is het verzoek van Ines Klemm en Elisabeth Mendoza binnen gekomen of de projectgroep snel naar Berlijn kan komen om met name de laatste 2 projecten door te spreken. Ook zal met de diverse partners worden gesproken over de inbreng van hen. Gepland is 15 en 16 februari; de groep vertrekt woensdag 14/2 's avonds na het reguliere werk. Naam penvoerder: BGZ Berliner Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit mbH en BGZ Berlin International Cooperation Agency GmbH. Voertaal is Engels en er zijn meerdere Europese partners bij de diverse projecten betrokken.
· De kosten worden gedragen door Hilversum voor Noëlle en Harry. RAI betaalt de onkosten voor Thea, Benedict en Marinus. Verwachte onkosten per persoon euro 350 pp. (vliegticket 110, hotel 110 -2 nachten incl. ontbijt- , overige vervoers- en verblijfskosten 130). Maria Gigengack bestelt alle vliegtickets en hotels. Bij ontvangst van de LdV gelden worden deze kosten verrekend voor de start van het project .
· Het CvB komt binnenkort met een beleidsnota internationalisering 2007 en hierbij zal Berlijn met name genoemd worden als een van de nieuwe regio's waar het ROC van Amsterdam op gaat inzetten.

B. Uitvoering programma in Berlijn:

10.00 uur Bezoek aan BGZ-Berlin
(Berliner Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit mbH)
Mevr. Dr. Hilde Hansen, manageing director, geeft uitleg over het buro BGZ-berlin en hun werkwijze. BGZ is een non-profit organisatie. Ze werken voor de overheid en het bedrijfsleven met als doel internationale samenwerking op basis van projecten tot stand te brengen.
Ze zijn opgericht in 1983 door de toenmalige burgermeester van Berlijn, Richard von Weizsäcker met als doel de samenwerking met Turkije en Berlijn te bevorderen. Later kwamen daarbij ook Polen en de grotere steden en de zustergemeenten in Europa.
Op dit moment gaat de samenwerking uit naar alle landen van Europa.
Het doel van het Leonardo-da-Vinci project is voor hen de samenwerking en uitwisseling te bevorderen en het opzetten van een netwerk. In dit project doen op dit moment naast henzelf mee: Denemarken, Oostenrijk, Engeland en Nederland.
Daarnaast wordt aangegeven dat het belangrijk is te komen tot een uitwisseling met betrekking tot de multiculturele problemen in Amsterdam en Berlijn.
Om een en ander vanuit de plaatselijke overheid toe te lichten komt om
10.30 uur: Mevrouw Ziegel-Lang van de Berlijnse senaat voor gezondheid, milieu en consumentenbelangen. Ze geeft uitleg over het gezondheidszorgproject en de multiculturele aspecten daarvan.
Er is onderzoek gedaan op het gebied van gezondheidszorg, economie en de belangen van allochtone vrouwen.
Hieruit is een verbeterplan opgezet voor de gezondheidszorg in de Regio Berlijn. Daarnaast wil men internationale kennis vergaren voor de Berlijnse scholen die zich bezig houden met gezondheidszorg onderijs. Derhalve is de BGZ ingeschakeld om het project “Active Health” op te zetten, mede in het kader van het vormen van een netwerk.
In het middag programma wordt hierop teruggekomen.

Bovenstaande kan leiden tot “Project 1”.

Bovenstaande is een aanbod van BGZ Berlijn.
Het gaat dan om een uitwisseling van 2 maal een groep van 15 docenten of werkers in de gezondheidszorg zoals verpleegkundigen, docenten, verloskundigen, fysiotherapeuten, diëtisten. In ieder geval de non-academic group)
De vraag is wat heeft Amsterdam (ROC) te bieden om docenten uit Berlijn te ontvangen.
De tegenprestatie moet dezelfde zijn dus het 2 maal ontvangen van 15 personen,
Vóór 20 maart moet er een programma in Berlijn liggen. In ieder geval moeten daarin, naast de inhoud, de datums en tijden ingevuld zijn.
Te denken valt aan uitwisseling van ervaringen, bezoeken aan ziekenhuizen, Gezondheidszorgopleidingen op verschillende niveaus (in ieder geval ROC)
Vanaf 20 maart vraagt Berlijn hiervoor subsidie aan voor de periode oktober 2007 tot oktober 2008.
De bezoeken v.v. zullen dan plaats vinden in het najaar 2007 en het voorjaar 2008.
Een vereiste is dat het management van het ROC van Amsterdam instemt en hiervoor tekent.
Afgesproken wordt dat Harry Kloppenburg hiertoe actie zal ondernemen.

Project 3: Project transfer
Er werden 3 mogelijkheden aangegeven:
1. doorstroom MBO à HBO à universiteit; doorlopende leerlijnen, beroepskolommen
2. Interculturele aspecten binnen de opleiding
3. Preventie
Het gaat in alle drie de mogelijkheden om uitwisseling van ervaring en kennis, innovatie en transfer.
Met betrekking tot het onderwerp preventie zouden er modulen ontwikkeld kunnen worden op meerdere niveaus om afstemming te krijgen.
Het zijn bi-laterale projecten dus Duitsland met Nederland, Duitsland met Slovenië etc.
De subcontractant (Celbe Consultancy) kan in dit project een contract aangaan met BGZ. Er zal een intentieverklaring getekend moeten worden.
Tot zover het ochtendprogramma.
Het middagprogramma 15-02-07:
Bezoek gebracht aan “Gesundheit Berlin”.
Zij houden zich bezig met projecten op het gebied van migranten in de gezondheidszorg, Active Health project (zie ook deze ochtend om 10.30 uur) en meerdere projecten op de gezondheidszorg in Berlijn.
Men wil een uitwisseling met Amsterdam op 18 en 19 juni 2007 met een 2 daagse slotconferentie in november in Berlijn.
Besloten werd om dit door SIGRA Amsterdam te laten organiseren.

13.30 uur: Good practice project Hugin
Tips van de projectleiders:
1. Start met een conferentie waarin naast de kennismaking ook de interculturele aspecten besproken worden. Bespreek ook de verschillen in het onderwijs in Nederland en Duitsland.
Trek hier 2 dagen voor uit.
Centrale thema”s: Wat verwachten jullie van ons en wat verwachten wij van jullie.
2. Uitleg geven over de organisaties waarvoor wij en zij werken.
De directie van het ROC van Amsterdam is, als contractor, verantwoordelijk.
Suggestie: Harry Kloppenburg gaat naar de afdelingsmanagers om uitleg te geven en verdere actie te bespreken Zie verder eindconclusies.
De rol van de subcontractor moet goed belicht worden. Wat is de positie en de rol in het totale project.
3. Maak goede afspraken over de communicatie. Wie praat met wie, wie neemt contact op over de diverse onderwerpen.
4. Maak een duidelijke en goede taakverdeling. Wie is verantwoordelijk voor wat. Wie doet wat
5. Met Inez Klemm contact opnemen over de financiële kant van het project.
6. Ontwikkel een eindtest om te kijken of de doelstellingen bereikt zijn.
7. Bepaal hoe de implementatie van de resultaten vorm krijgen
8. De vraag moet nog opgehelderd worden of Celbe Consultancy subcontractot wordt van BGZ of van ROC Amsterdam. Harry Kloppenburg zal dat met Celbe Consultancy bespreken.

Een korte samenvatting van de resultaten van het bezoek aan Berlijn van de Opleidingen VP in Amsterdam en Hilversum en AG van het ROC van Amsterdam.
Vooraf: De opleiding VP volgt pro actief de ontwikkeling van het Europees kwalificatieraamwerk*, om voor de studenten, die in Europa BPV volgen een naadloze aansluiting te krijgen met de opleiding ROC van Amsterdam.
Tot zover het verslag over het bezoek aan Berlijn.
C. Resultaten, voorstellen van de werkgroep, die naar Berlijn is geweest
Er is sprake van 3 Leonardo projecten, waarbij het ROC van Amsterdam en de SIGRA bij betrokken zijn. Looptijd 2007-2009
· In het project Health, lopend tot 1-12-2007 zal vooral de SIGRA participeren.
· Er is sprake van 2 x een bezoek aan Berlijn door docenten en 2 x ontvangen wij bezoek
· Er is, in het kader van studenten mobiliteit, een beperkte aanvraag voor studenten gedaan
· Er zal bij de Opleidingsmanagers een plan worden ingediend om van 1/10/2007 -1/10/2009 een project rond doorlopende leerlijnen uit te voeren met als inhoudelijk thema preventie. Inzet ROCvA 0,2 FTE per jaar. Kosten worden betaald door Berlijn. Er wordt voorgesteld een projectleider van Celbe Consultancy aan te stellen voor 0,2 FTE voor de diverse werkzaamheden. De projectleider sluit hierover een contract met de organisatie in Berlijn of het ROC van Amsterdam. Voor 20 maart a.s. moet er een intentie verklaring worden getekend. Cofinanciering 25%.
· Op 3 april wordt door de 3 docenten van VP en AG voorlichting gehouden op de ROC van Amsterdam, Berlijn actiedag in het Goethe instituut.
· Er komt een stuurgroep van de 2 Opleidingsmanagers VP en de opleidingsmanager AG om sturing te geven aan de projecten met Berlijn. De projectleider stuurt deze stuurgroep aan.
· Het project “Active Health” zal door SIGRA worden uitgevoerd.
· Uitgebreid verslag over het bezoek naar Berlijn is in de week van 4 maart beschikbaar.
· Harry Kloppenburg zal een voorlopige begroting maken
· Thea, Benedict en Noëlle zullen samen met Harry, de projectleider de projecten verder inhoud gaan geven.
